How does the Cirkul water bottle system work?
Cirkul uses a reusable bottle and a specialized lid that holds a flavor cartridge called a Sips. As you drink, water flows from the bottle through the Sips, where it mixes with flavor. You can adjust the dial on the lid to control the intensity of your flavor.
How long does one Sips flavor cartridge last?
On average, one Sips cartridge provides enough flavor for approximately six 22-ounce bottle fill-ups when set to a medium flavor intensity (dial setting 4).
Are Cirkul beverages sugar-free and calorie-free?
Yes, most of our flavor lines, including LifeSip and FitSip, are calorie-free, sugar-free, and contain no artificial colors. Please check the specific nutritional label on each Sips pack for full ingredient details.
What is your shipping policy for subscription orders?
We offer free shipping on all subscription orders over $15. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return my Cirkul bottle or unused Sips?
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, Sips cartridges cannot be returned once opened. However, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our bottles and lids if they are in new, unused condition.
How do I clean my Cirkul bottle and lid?
The Cirkul bottle and lid are top-rack dishwasher safe. We recommend removing the Sips cartridge before washing. For best results, hand wash with warm soapy water and a bottle brush to ensure all components remain pristine.
