At Cirkul, we strive to ensure your hydration journey is perfect; however, due to the consumable nature of our flavor cartridges, we can only accept returns on unused hardware and unopened starter kits within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure that the stainless steel or plastic bottles and unopened sips are securely placed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
